These terms regulates all users of Scarabella bellydancewear.

They will be valid for all your future transactions with Scarabella bellydancewear and visits to scarabella.nl. Scarabella bellydancewear reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Disclaimer We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Scarabella.nl web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Scarabella bellydancewear cannot warrant that the content of Scarabella.nl is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Scarabella bellydancewear may at any time change the content of the site. Though Scarabella bellydancewear strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Scarabella bellydancewear cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. Trade Marks Our trade marks include the Scarabella bellydancewear name and logo. These trade marks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trade marks. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. When registering to our web shop, you can choose not to receive information from Scarabella bellydancewear. Scarabella bellydancewear make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. Colors We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor. Payment & Prices Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Scarabella bellydancewear ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Exchanges Scarabella bellydancewear will not return and backtrack orders, Orders can not be refunded once sent. Shipping All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in the Netherlands within 7 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability). We operate 365 days per year. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it. Orders within the Netherlands Dutch orders are delivered with TNT (the Dutch postal service). You will get a note in your mailbox when the package is ready for pick up at your local postal center. International orders (delivery outside of the Netherlands) International orders are shipped with TNT (the Dutch postal service). in cooperation with their foreign counterparts. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. Uncollected items Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Violation of rules Scarabella bellydancewear reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution. Force Majeure In case of Force Majeur, the obligations of Scarabella bellydancewear are procrastinated. The contract between you and Scarabella bellydancewear can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Scarabella bellydancewear. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Scarabella bellydancewear will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible. Governing Law These terms of use are construed in accordance with Dutch law and you agree that the Dutch courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of you country may be different from the laws in the Netherlands and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website.
